How is the Host verified?

Max & Lilly requests that all members, prior to their first booking as a Host or Seeker, verify their identity with a government issued identification card, a telephone number, and an email address. The pet owner is responsible to make their own assessment regarding the Host. We encourage a meet-and-greet as well as extensive communication prior to making a booking.
